Role of a board member

As a member of the Friends of UCD Board, you will play a proactive role in:

1. Shaping and guiding alumni engagement activity in the United Kingdom, working closely with representatives from the UCD Foundation and UCD’s Strategy & External Engagement Team to implement impactful initiatives.

2. Planning and participating in events that promote the UCD Community in the United Kingdom, such as networking events, speaker series, and social gatherings.

3. Providing strategic advice to the University on opportunities within the UK market.

4. Acting as an advocate for UCD within your personal and professional networks, enhancing the University’s profile in the UK.

5. Offering your time, expertise, and connections to support key fundraising efforts aimed at expanding UCD’s reach and impact globally.
